Following selection of your contractor, we will inspect the works on site, ensuring that they are undertaken to quality, to price, and to time.

Notices & Agreements

Bexcrest Homes also offers our clients with Party Wall Agreements, Schedule of Conditions, Building and Demolition Notices, and assisting with all Utility Connections; Water, Gas, Electricity and Cable. These can range from gaining the necessary notices and permissions from local authorities and performing part demolition as a part of an extension/redevelopment project, or complete site demolition for new build properties.

Bexcrest Homes has proven capability to deliver new build residential projects. Together with the client we have meticulously worked together to achieve exactly what was envisaged. Our architects offered various design options relating to the clients needs and visions and gained planning approval from local authorities. Once construction could start our Project Managers assist with all aspects of the build ensure issues were resolved, progress was maintained and the budget adhered to in order to achieve our clients dreams.
